For storing presentations, Prezi provides a web interface where users can freely watch each ot her’s presentations. The company has already opened its office in the US and expands in Japan too. The mission statement of Prezi are the following five values: 1) We make the world better; 2) We stand up; 3) We get it down; 4) We stretch; 5) We delight. Prezi has expanded rapidly, creating its development centre in a large downtown palace in Budapest. Most of the Prezilians (that is how employees are called) work here in the old ceremonial hall. When designing the room, the wellbeing of the staff as well as ergonomically aspects played an important role. The spaces are arranged so that by moving the furniture (or ordering new ones) employees can create the most advantageous place for themselves. Therefore, spontaneity and naturalness dominate the spaces. That is how the company enables creativity, which is the basis of their growth. Work takes place in project teams, which are formed by employees from different departments. They hold brainstorms experiment with new ideas, so people may develop in different areas that creates challenging internal motivation. This type of working environment and leadership provides a great platform for the activation of autonomous motivation described by Deci (Deci and Ryan 2008). In the aforementioned ceremony hall, there are private resting towers for those wanting to be alone. This refers to the personality being taken into account since for introverts, it is difficult to work in a common area all day long, and using their free traits for this would absorb too much energy (Little 2017). The building houses Prezi’s own bistro where employees can eat and drink freely and may choose from a variety of healthy foods. By nowadays it is common knowledge that creativity and playing are connected with each other. Naturally playing is part of workdays at Prezi such as sporting opportunities and knowledge sharing beyond professional networks. In the multifunctional community areas, there are different musical instruments for those wishing to play any of them. In the small library, workers may read and order new books. According to the opinions of the staff, Prezi is an excellent workplace because colleagues are treated as adults that is based on trust. There are flexible working hours and due to it being comfortable and friendly, workers consider it their second home. After all these, multiculturalism seems to be natural; the common multiples are talent, creativity and the community approach.
