PEOPLE.IDEAS.PERFORMANCE

29 The results of interviews have confirmed the results of our previous questionnaire study. Our contribution to the field is finding that much of the values behind Shumpeter’s entrepreneurial properties still drive entrepreneurs. Independence, risk-taking, nonconformity, performance, creativity and a continuous innovation are those characteristics that according to our research subjects played an important role in becoming radical innovators and making their companies successful. In both organizations, the culture of innovation is based on these values. However, power orientation was low with the investigated entrepreneurs and at the same time, we found a high level of benevolence and relationship orientation. At the same time, we suppose that the emergence of the discussed values is characteristic of the given culture. We see these results as an important step to understand the values driving the behavior of entrepreneurs. 5()(5(1&(6 Csite A., 2009, Boldogtalan kapitalizmus?
