An engineer Marian Badicel, founded the company at the age of 40 with just a motorcycle and a fax, and the headquarters was in his home in Timisoara. When he quit the position of technical Director of Zenner Contor in Arad he want to do his own business. So he started with Hidropump. The company had at that time 2 employees. He and his wife, Doriana. Hidropump has developed both on the consultancy and sales departaments, but and on the pump service departament, reaching in 2010 to six employees. In 2010 it started in parallel with the development of the company to shape and prepare the young generation (son-in-law: Benjamin and daughter Daniela) in order to take over the relay. With the brilliance of an entrepreneur, showing good sense in relationships with others and responsibility in everything he does, Benjamin brings fresh air to the business by contributing to developing it with family. “I realized that if I wanted to evolve as an individua l, to ensure a better life for my family, I should get involved and develop this business. I have always felt the need to do more, to try new things”, says Benj amin Co-CEO Hidropump Timisoara. With life principles such as: patience, respect, pragmatic thinking and desire to self-indulge in time, Benjamin with his wife, Daniela, is the best example that working with generations can bring fulfillment, joy and success. HIDROPUMP company was founded in 2000 as an authorized dealer of the German WILO Pump Manufacturer. In almost 20 years of activity the company has grown from 1 to 12 employees, from 10,000 euros to more than one million euros today, becoming one of the most important WILO distributors in Romania.
