For example The Gallup Organization 2013 report states not only that 355 billion dollars is lost in annual revenue in the USA, due to unengaged workers, but even worse that 87% of employees globally are disengaged (Byrne, 2014). This rather negative fact is conformed even by experts such as Garber, who states in his book (Garber, 2014) that many employees are not fully engaged at work, or Holbeche (Holbeche, Matthews, 2012) who assumes that employee engagement with organizations is generally very low, which both experts support by the data from their surveys. Therefore, this negative situation within the framework of employee engagement, calls for immediate attention and for outlining possible solutions. Given the fact that employee engagement is the key factor in business competitiveness, the more attention from firms, managers and employees it deserves. Surprisingly, in search of the causes of this adverse state, we can reveal that in fact most employees want to be more active participants in their work by becoming fully engaged (Garber,2014). However, as Garber explains, the problem is that they have never been given opportunity to work in such an engaged environment. Therefore, the advice given to firms in this regard would be to offer their employees to participate together in building firm´s engagement environment. 5()(5(1&(6 Abakas S. H., Kurzman P.
